It all started when my mother handed me a bunch of pages and said, "Make sure I didn't misspell anything." I was 12.
I learned to do layout on a light table, using Letraset, scissors, and Breck's hairspray. Let me put it this way. I loooove computers.
I offer a full range of services.
- Layout and design:
Book interiors, book covers, magazine interiors and covers, advertising,
brochures, business cards, signs — if you need it printed,
I can probably create it for you. I work on a PC using QuarkXPress, Word,
PhotoShop, and Illustrator. I will convert documents to pdf to your
printer's specifications. I speak fluent printer, and will be glad to work
with yours to make your product gorgeous.
- Editing:
Copyediting and proofreading of manuscripts for spelling, grammar, and continuity.
Detailed manuscript editing for clarity and readability, both fiction and non-fiction.
I do not impose any opinions on a manuscript while editing, except where it will improve the work's readability.
